Gives fast result.Best for multi transit commute.

The app worked once. After that it closed unexpectedly every time I tried to search a route!

Fantastic when I needed to get around the city during Fleet Week/World Cup/Labor Day. Thanks!! What have you done for me lately??? I cant plan a trip to the grocery without getting a retry message. Can I fix it please?

The 511 non mobile site has been up for years and it was pretty good. Google maps started having transit directions a few years ago and that was better however they didnt have any of the tri valley transit routes. This app has the tri valley and it really fills the void that new iOS maps has left. Good job, I have been waiting for a mobile app for years. I guess all I really want to say is thank you for being free and better late than never.

I really on this app multiple times a day and it works really well. 1 less star because I cant get it to save my trips to my calendar.

Wont find locations! Limited selection.

This app is very poor. Im gonna leave all of my four letter adjective friends out of this discussion, but its tough not to drop an F bomb when I think of 511 transit. The first 2 or 3 options that come up when searching are routes that START IN THE PAST - lot of good that does. The times listed for mini is about 50% accurate and the app has no way of keeping up with where busses really are, so the other half your just the guy standing on the street wondering where #31 is. The Caltrain schedules do not match posted times even in the pamphlets or website!so basically - you really have no idea if something will show up or not! By the way - this is my first review ever on iTunes. It takes a pretty poor experience to motivate me to come here.

Here goes...... App didnt work w ipad upside down, current location took forever to load, pasting address didnt work, map didnt load at all. And Ill go back to using the website which also could use a redesign. Bummed because I really wanted to be able to use this as a go to app.

This is the only app that Ive seen that integrates across all the transit systems in the San Francisco Bay area.

App used to have SamTrans data but its now missing, making the app useless to me. 511.org, however, has this info. Would like to see this come back.

But it sometimes with the Bart trains labeled in both directions....Id rather it just say Pitts/Bay Point or SFO and not both! Confusing...

This app is really great, perfect for spur-of-the-moment travel or a quick ride to places. The only big issue i have with it right now is that it only shows payments for Adult Fare. Waiting for the option for youth/child/senior!

Superb. When Apple screwed up there Map app on my IPhone 4S I was upset. Until I downloaded this baby. It takes the place of the map app plus provides info unavailable from even goggle maps. Best most useful app ever. Great Job. Plus they even have customer service via email that works. Cant beat this.

Maybe this does better with agencies other than Golden Gate Transit, but GGT is what I use it for. For weekday and Saturday schedules, this app has worked well. Ill give that a star. For weekday start times and accurate fare information, I give this a 2nd star. There are these things called Sunday schedules. The GGT route this app gave me northbound from San Francisco told me to connect from the 70 bus to the 101 bus at the Rowland Avenue bus pad. THE 101 DOES NOT STOP AT THE SUGGESTED STOP ON SUNDAY NIGHT. Also, it is not possible to take said bus from Novato to Santa Rosa in 10 minutes as suggested. Other note: Suggesting a bus route that left 10 or more minutes ago is not a good option for me. I cannot time travel. From now on, I will confirm my route with the the much less easy, but thankfully more accurate, goldengate.org web schedule to ensure I dont get stranded in Novato on a Sunday night.

Thought this APP would be the 511.org tool to use, but doesnt do anything! Dont waste your time!

I have mostly only used this app for Samtrans busses but its been great! I like that it remembers your often-used routes, and it has really specific maps of where the bus stops are.

Map is blank. Tried 3 trips in bay area.

Thanks to this app I ended up lost in the middle of Pacifica. Seriously, the map was so awful it wouldnt even load

Latest release maps no longer display. Otherwise a pretty good app. Needs to have a way to lookup a specific route instead of listing every possible route at a location.
