Seems to only include Muni. Was on a GGT 72X bus trying to figure out when Id make it to Santa Rosa. The schedules section only showed Muni schedules. The trips section could not find anything when I searched for Santa Rosa. No idea what the map is for.

This app was a lifesaver on our recent trip to San Francisco. The trip planner was especially useful and came in handy one evening when the cable car line went down. A must-have app if you are tourists relying on public transportation in the City!

Cant seem to find the two bus stops right by my house and seems to think there are only two buses in the entire town (there arent, there are many others). Do not bother unless you feel like gambling that its been fixed since I wrote this. If you need to get around right now, youre better off using the website and being able to read a map (I know, its a novel skill in one of the GPS generation, but it works for me).

Just started having to use PT and this has helped so much. Would be really great if there was an accessible BART map for those who are new and who dont memorize the stops.

Useful app to use in SF. It gave me an idea on the different lines I could use and the best options. However, the times were awful. Maybe the app goes with the printed schedule. The two buses I took today were late by 30 minutes. I know this is true because both times the next bus was right behind.

If you want to take the wrong route or be late, use this app. I will never use it again and I gave it many chances

I checked this app with my normal route, and the times and directions were correct. However, the price for one leg was listed as $2, is actually $5. So, got the most important stuff right, so four stars.

I tried this with a couple of destinations and it seems to work reasonably well. It tells you what buses and trains to take to get from your starting point to your destination. It also calculates the amount of time it takes to travel and gives you several start times from your initial request. Good job in my opinion .

I dont have a car so I rely heavily on Bart/Muni/SamTrans/AC Transit to get around the bay. Ive found that lately for some reason this app cannot bring up the same info for a trip that the 511.org website can. For example I searched a trip from my house in Fremont to Lake Elizabeth. I found a route just fine on the website, but the app on my phone cannot find Lake Elizabeth, or even the intersection to the road leading to the lake (Paseo Padre & Sailway Dr). Odd and not helpful, so that could be improved. As far as people complaining that the Muni times arent accurate. Well Muni itself is never accurate, if they even show up, so that is hardly the apps fault.

I have not been able to get real time SF Muni times in months.

This app is fairly reliable in getting a person from point A to point B. However it really needs so fine tuning. Firstly, it needs to allow you to put personal labels on frequent trips. I have used the “star” feature for trips I know I’ll make in the future but not on a regular basis, such as the doctor’s office. However I don’t always remember the address for the doctor’s office so the next time I go to plan the trip, I don’t remember which address to select from the list. Also I have encountered times where the stop in the App is called something different by Muni. For instance, 4th street market is sometimes called Powell because of the BART stop. There needs to be greater consistency between the App and MUNI in how stops are referenced to avoid confusing passengers. It might also be nice to combine the Clipper card and the 511 App so that passengers can have a digital Clipper card to board the bus.

I love the revamp.. However there is one issue that needs to be addressed. When I wanted to see what time I needed to catch a bus to be at a destination by 8:30 am it gave me times at 5PM tomorrow. Please fix as this feature is very useful for me as public transit is my only means of transportation.

But keep going on this app updates... So I liked when I had schedule buses.. Even their alert on time! Keep updates!

Illogical, unreliable, counterintuitive. Waste of time. Generally, it will be quicker to walk than to spend time figuring out this app.

Used this app several times times to locate bus routes and BART schedule. It worked flawlessly - very, very helpful.

I loved this app, but it stopped working for some reason. Its not giving me any results when I search for addresses, and this is in SF. Please fix it :(

The app worked fine until, I dont know what happened. they mustve updated something and now the app gives me no time for anything it cant connect between two points at all. If there has been no updates since February 11, 2015 there is no point in even downloading this completely broken app. I did have to update one of my other transit apps because there were time changes and I am assuming that this one decided not to update its information.

Same error message day after day, trip after trip, for weeks now. Kinda reminds me of MUNI...

I used to use this app all the time- but stopped working about a month ago. Use transit feature on Google maps.
