Loved this app and used it all the time but it completely stopped working the last 2 weeks... Really needs to be fixed ASAP!

Why was this app created in Germany?

I have used this app for several years and across BART, AC Transit, SF Muni, etc. It works very well, particularly for interagency trips For a few weeks it stopped working but its back up now

Departure time is based on schedule instead of realtime information, not very useful

I found this app to be fairly reliable, but it has a few major issues. First of all, transit info isnt live, its just based on schedules which are often incorrect. Second, it constantly gives me odd routes, which I can work around if I know the area but are completely disorienting in unfamiliar places. And the turn instructions are often very confusing. Not bad but could use an overhaul.

please fix the gps to determine your exact location i notice when im on sfo international airport lower A level but it shows lower level G.

Started noticing certain routes/schedules missing. I could get on a bus from A to B that the app was unaware of. Will go directly to GGT site for info.

Tried to download and do a search for schedule and app wouldnt load train station data when searching.

When I input Menlo Park, California, it tells me Menlo Park is in Napa. Doesnt sound very reliable. I deleted it.

The website in general has some really useful transit options. However, there are times where you could take Bart and the site wont mention this route. I am hoping to use this app for the trip planner feature only. As it is very useful in trying to get around the Bay Area.
